Public Advocate for Personal and Global Wellness
Laura collaborates with and promotes the good works of champions in such fields as quantum physics research, military active/veteran care, mind/body medicine, human rights, women's empowerment, community activism, and interfaith. She is a founding faculty member of the University of Quantum Health Alliance, an international collaboration between scientists, physicians, consciousness experts, and healers to integrate into the world's universities and health care systems a new bio-medical model that includes trans-disciplinary, non-invasive therapies, and the self-healing potential of the individual's power of consciousness.
Her Volunteer Rock Star program helps the volunteers of the National Guard's Operation Ready Families program stay resilient and dedicated to helping military families stay strong. She volunteers as a mentor and program instructor for Women's Empowerment, a local organization that educates and empowers women who are homeless with the skills and confidence necessary to get a job, create a healthy lifestyle, and regain a home for themselves and their children. Her methodology, called "Life Mechanics" is an approach that helps people work through their problems with exercises - games for adults - that absorb, stimulate, and heal. Laura works with individuals and groups in understanding the mechanics of their lives and how to restore them to a state of wellness. Laura holds five spiritual teaching and leadership certifications and four advanced spiritual study certifications, and is an expert in spiritual archeology and the mechanics of consciousness. Over the years, she's appeared on local TV news programs, The Learning Channel, and regional newspaper features. And, she has enjoyed successful careers in advertising, product design and manufacturing, and executive-level management.
She lives in Northern California with her husband, where she paints, designs furniture and clothing, and tries not to kill too may plants in the garden.
