Since 2007, Laura's been writing these greetings of inner peace -- Daily Insights is the official name -- as a free daily email subscription through her web site.

Over the years, subscribers have been asking if she would put together a book of their favorites they could refer to. To prepare, Laura asked die-hard Daily Insight enthusiasts to help her select their favorites from the hundreds of messages.
