Interactive, guided meditation on resetting your life to be in sync with your spiritual path. This is reality-based. Meaning, Laura's intent is that at the end of the hour you more able to:
1. step out of the whirlwind of your life and into the quietness of yourself;
2. take the physical steps to make decisions that support your life;
3. have perspective and amusement about where you are in your life;
4. know how to maintain and reset your energy more effectively throughout the day
5. use new tools and techniques for owning your life
These meditations are not scripted. Laura tailors the meditation to the group each week. Meditation technique includes Life Mechanics energy management tools -- nature and consciousness-based.

Divine Source Alignment Series -- Monthly teleconference activity
Thursdays: 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm PST

The intention of this activity is to align your spiritual knowledge/perspective of the topic with that of the Divine Source (God). This process will allow you to shed old concepts, limiting beliefs, truths, spiritual structures, and anything else that may be a constraint in how you create our reality. In the process, all of the energy management tools you use will transform, disappear, clarify, or turn into a colorful jello forest -- sometimes it's just a surprise.
